Message from the HCC Property Owners Association

To all, we have gone through a major tropical storm.  The roads are blocked with fallen trees on power lines , debris everywhere and many power outages.  The DOT and town of Highlands are working on clearing the state roads but it may be several days.  Once we can access our roads we will check and evaluate homes and issues.  STAY HOME until this is cleared up.  Highlands has declared a state of emergency.  We cannot predict when power will be restored and as I mentioned the roads are blocked.  I will keep you updated.  Personal home issues will be delayed as vendors are out straight and are having a difficult time getting here.
