This weeks forecast is calling for mostly sunny skies with not a chance of rain in sight! Overall temperatures will remain cooler with highs reaching into the 70's while lows staying in the mid to lower 50's. This morning we had our first frost with temps that dropped down below 40! It was very light and we were able to get out on the course after the sun had risen. Today's low was 34* with patchy frost!
On the golf course this week we are circle cutting fairways this morning. Along with that we are making our greens soils application. As mentioned in the past we must water this application in to allow the fungicide to reach the roots where it is then taken up. Tuesday we will be spraying tees, while Thursday we will be spraying our regular greens application. Leaves are beginning to fall so with that we will also have our tractor blower out more often this week too. Please continue to check back with us for updates on the course!
