This is an interesting survey that was compiled. I am grateful for Highlands CC leading the way in offering competitive wages for our teams. Retaining staff has never been much of a challenge because of that. I feel that shows on the golf course as well. It's difficult to make a lot of forward progress when turnover is high and more time is spent training staff rather than staff growing in their positions over time. This is something I think about daily when I talk to my collogues and something I won't take for granted.
