The picture below has continued to be the case for us this fall. Throughout most of the summer we were able to stay dry and rarely, if ever, received multiple inches of rain during a short period. The months of September and October have been just the opposite! Over the past 3 days we have had just over 3" of rain in Highlands. That puts the rain total for the past 2 months at over 20". Interestingly enough, for the months of June, July and August, we barely reached 12". It is amazing how extreme the weather can be in Highlands at times! This morning we are finally able to get out on the course and begin picking up and blowing any debris or leaves. Thank you for you patience as we get the course cleaned up and mowed for the 1st time this week!
