Graden Sand Injection

This year, Kevin Earp has been hired as our Assistant Equipment Tech at HCC.  He is great man with a great family and brings a lot of dedication, loyalty and enthusiasm to HCC team.  When you see Kevin (RIGHT), be sure to introduce yourself.

 

The Graden process will consume the next week or so, weather permitting.  There is a chance of a wintry mix Friday.  You can see this machine removes organic matter using a set table saw like blades and deposits new sand behind it.  It disrupts 12% of the surface in one shot with 3 mm blades, so it is very effective at removing organics.
