Wednesday Continued
Between the rain and warmer temperatures this past weekend you can see the fairways have started to green up. Also below we received a bag of wildflower seed today. Adding wildflowers to low lying wet areas offers a great alternative to turfgrass. By tilling the seed into these areas they offer a great buffer for banks or low lying areas and offer an attractive look too. After established the wildflowers will be cut back annually and return again each summer even more abundant than the last. One area we will be seeding this year is below the cart path on #16 green, it will give a fresh clean look overall and enhance the creek on the lower side.
