As of 4:30PM, we've received 9" of rain in Highlands. You can see above, a landslide that occurred on Dillard Road, closing the road for the day. DOT officials are anticipating loosing both of these lanes by tomorrow morning, which will have the road closed for a month or more. The golf course is holding up well but we've yet to get the hurricane rain and winds. The prediction is 20 plus inches of rain by the end of this storm. Stay safe!
