Tomorrow morning, we'll be installing 18 LGA granite stones (Ladies Golf Association) on the front of all the #3 tee boxes on the golf course. If you have any questions about this Golf Committee directive, please see our head golf professional, Ken Mattis.
Also tomorrow, pending no morning rainfall, we will be removing the three dead birch trees to the left of the 12th green. It is my hope that these will be out of sight by the time the first group gets to the 12th hole. These trees likely died as a result of the clearing work done in this area two-three years ago. When doing projects like that, it is very hard not to impact the root system of all the desired trees in the area.
