Rita's tulips at the flagpole and below the practice green look spectacular this time of year.
Hap had some work to do today at the practice facility. One little project we are doing is placing three holes on each target green. These are on the three target greens out in the body of the range. Every few days, we will rotate the flag to a different area of the target green to give you another shot to practice and a different look. For example, on the target green at approximately 120 yards, you may see a pin tucked behind the bunker on one day and then a couple days later, you may find it on the left side of the target green. I learned many years ago that if I concreted the cups in place on the target greens, I never would have to worry about crooked flagsticks or animals digging them out of the ground. We obviously don't do this on the two chipping greens, only the 3 farthest greens built on native soil.
