I'm asked about this regularly so here it is again. You can see above the old "Cable Building" is being renovated. A couple recently purchased the eyesore and will be turning the bottom floor into an art studio and the the top floor, their living quarters. This of course, is located on Dillard Road just before you get to the HCC corridor coming from Main Street. This is a welcome change, I feel.
