Equipment Manager Survey from GCM Magazine

The Equipment Manager is one of the most important positions on any golf maintenance team.  They are responsible for all of the fleet of maintenance equipment- both repair and preventative maintenance.  In addition, these are the people responsible for keeping all of our mowers sharp and in good working order.  At HCC, all mowers are checked after each use- meaning daily.  At Highlands CC, there is no doubt we have one of the best in the business in Paul Dalton.  His assistant, Kevin Earp is also a key team member and asset to the Club.
