With the Fairway Villas falling under our responsibility, we occasionally have a project to do there as well. We removed an old set of railroad tie steps and are replacing them with these boulder steps. Matthew is doing a very nice job with this project. The Fairway Villas have an annul maintenance agreement with the Club to maintain their grounds.
