Random Observations


Above, Mrs. Hooks and I watched this Northern Water snake swim across the lake next to #18 green.  These snakes are harmless but often confused with Copperheads, a venomous snake species found locally.
 
Below, some purple oxalis is growing in the lawn around the clubhouse.  99% of the oxalis I see has green leaves but there are some random places around the club where it is purple. 



Below, a mother duck and her baby swim in the lake.
