Wednesday

Above, the team worked hard today- including a few overtime hours- and we nearly have the front nine clean up finished.  Tomorrow, our goal is to finish the back nine.  However, we are mowing greens in the morning as well as spraying greens.  This will pull some labor away from the clean up effort but understandably so.  For some reason, the back nine clean up always seems to move along faster more efficient than the front nine.  We selected a few strategic areas on the course to short haul debris to.  This allows us to chip limbs and debris right there, blowing the wood chips into the woods and not have to continually haul them off, which leads to down time.  You can see just how big the pile is, and this is one of 3!  Again, thank you for your patience while we get this behind us.

The golf course opens at normal time tomorrow and carts will be permitted off of the cart paths.  Feel free to pick up a few sticks and take them home with you!  There are plenty for everyone!

The pile of storm damaged trees continues to grow!  Below, we unfortunately lost a nice Oak tree on #6- that is a solid tree too.
