Sod is being laid on the new court- green side up! You can see we walk on plywood to avoid footprints in the sand. 2 strips of Kentucky Bluegrass sod outline the outer edge. The new courts will have additional bentgrass; specifically, outside of the white line defining the court, there will be additional low cut turf to prevent the mallet from dragging in the taller grass.
