Tuesday

 
Working in 20 degree weather isn't too bad when you can lay rock in a heated tent.  This also prevents the mortar from freezing and cracking. 
  
 
 
 Above, the rock work started on the croquet walls and the guys got off to a big start, completing over 100 square feet today.
 
 
 
Below, the limbing on the right side of #8 will allow the hole to play the way it was intended.  As most golf balls roll to the right, often times the golfer is blocked out on their second shot.  This was never the intent of the architect since those trees were not that size in 1928.
