Toro Turfguard sensors were installed on the PG today. This will wirelessly communicate to me the moisture percentage, salinity content and soil temperature. It is a tool that aids in the decision of when irrigation is required and or other inputs. Again, this is simply a tool to help make decisions in an already solid maintenance program at Highlands CC!
The greens received a light sand topdressing this afternoon as part of our routine maintenance schedule. This process occurs every 14 days.
