Today is day 1 of the Sustainability in Golf conference at Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island, SC. There are 100 plus attendees representing all areas of the golf industry; pros, supers, GM's, owners and various suppliers. I am presenting this afternoon at 2pm about the farming operation at HCC. For the last year, I served on the steering committee of the Experience Green organization. The goal of the conference is to hear from different industry professional on ways to make our golf facilities more sustainable going into the future.
