Golf Course Etiquette

When we talk about golf course etiquette, the obvious comes to mind: fix ball marks, replace your divots and rake bunkers.  Here is another:  Always keep all 4 tires of your cart on the path.  Just like you wouldn't park half of your car in the grass at home; treat the golf course as you would your home lawn.  We spend a tremendous amount of effort and resources keeping cart path edges green and healthy.  We have added curbing in many areas and plan to continue that program this winter.  This is the primary reason for curbing around greens and tees.  The turf along cart paths is already stressed because of heat from the cart paths.  Traffic exacerbates the issue.
