Congratulations to Joyce Baillargeon and the Rotary Club of Highlands for another successful golf tournament. Many thanks to HCC for giving up your golf course for the day to host this important event. This one event generates about $6,000 for the Rotary Club. Annually, the Club gives back to the community to the tune of $60,000.
