After visiting with Billy Fuller,I embarked on a beautification plan on the bank about #3 green. Once covered by dying white pines, it most recently was covered with Fine Fescues. Our coal is to tie the are into the other side of Cobb Rd which happens to be the Staley home. We planted several dogwoods, forsythia, hydrangea and viburnums that will eventually act as a solid mass of ornamentals that offer color at various times of the year. A new locust split rail fence was installed at the top of the hill that will be planted with trumpet vine and clematis. This will certainly beatify this area.
