The strategic creek crossing in front of the 8th green was often not well defined and growing over with grass. Tom Fazio made the comment, "HCC naturally has what many facilities pay me millions to build. Why not show off these features?" The creek is now visible from the top of the fairway and certainly adds to the beauty of the hole. These photos show before and after!
