Tomorrow morning, we are going to start on a one or two day project that will enhance the drainage on #10 "island." There is an area where water is being trapped and its allowing the turf to thin because of the lacking drainage. We are going to strip the sod off the area within the circle (see below) and the install a catch basin. From there, we will hand dig an outlet pipe to the creek. Once to surface is graded to the basin inlet, the sod will be put back in place. This is a simple project and I'd rather not wait until the off-season to accomplish this.
