Monday

Just for fun, we used 200 electric flags to mark all unrepaired or those ballmarks that were not correctly repaired on #2 green.  This gives you a visual of how ballmarks can impact the quality of a putting green.  If ballmarks were more dramatic in a 3-dimensional way, imagine having to putt across this surface, weaving in and out of the flags.

Above and Below: We spent part of the morning aerating the practice facility target greens.

Above and Below: We started, this afternoon, on our creek bank restoration projects on the golf course.  The first stop is #15, on the right side of the cartpath.  Before we start lining the banks with boulders, there are a lot of dead tree roots and other debris that needed to be excavated and hauled off sight.  The boulders we are using we uncovered during the work between #14 and #15 last season.
