NC Gov. Cooper announced this afternoon the
implementation of Phase 2 in North Carolina - as of Friday, May 22, at 5:00 pm.

Misc. Notes:
- Phase 2 = 5 weeks
- Lifts "Stay at Home" order and replaces with "Safe at Home"
- Restaurants may open at 50% capacity, indoors and outdoors.
- Pools may open at 50% capacity.
- Overnight and Day Camps may operate.
- ALL of these have specific restrictions and recommendations.
- Local governments can impose stricter restrictions.
