About 3,500 hit the water on Thursday! We've gone to stocking this time of year when the water temperatures are cold and more conducive to trout life. Our water temperatures get way too high in the summer and board-line inhabitable by all trout species. Colder, moving water is their preference which is high is dissolved oxygen content compared to warm, stagnant water. The fish range from 10" all the way up to over 24".
