After a week, all of the material from the sediment bags is gone. However, we have our own work to take care of now. Above, you can see what we are dealing with. However, our ace trackhoe operator and assistant super, Chad Stockton, will have this area in tip top shape in about a week. Dry, sunny weather is needed to dry this soil out so we can work it. My goal for the week is the have this area prepped and ready for turf. Once this project is complete, we pretty much have the course finished and ready for the season with only minor healing and tweaking to be done. It will be a great season at Highlands CC!
Koty is getting the cart path cleaned up for cart traffic for the weekend. The tee markers are back in their normal location with any disturbed areas playing as ground under repair (GUR).
