Above, we are prepping our new approach areas at the practice green for sod. I wasn't happy with the depth they were initially cut, so we ran the sod cutter over them again and made sure we have a good tie-in to the green collar. On Friday, we are scheduled to have 1,400 ft2 of L-93 Creeping Bentgrass delivered in addition to 1,000ft2 of Kentucky Bluegrass. The Bentgrass will be used to sod these approaches and some minor sodding on the driving range tee that was prepped today. The bluegrass will be used for a pinestraw bed we redefined on the 15th hole and a small area on the 2nd hole where we ran short.
Below, Lyn and Chris are working on their final curbing project. That is to repair a few areas in the parking lot that were damaged during asphalt paving last month.
