Grass can be a funny thing! At HCC, we can grow it on concrete. You can see some seed germinated where the gutter downspout drips water every morning from condensation on the roof of the maintenance building. It is amazing we can give turf everything it needs in certain areas and struggle with it and then watch it grow in another area (where we don't want it) without any trouble!
