Last night the temperature dropped to the upper teens with 50mph gusts of wind. The windchill is around -2. Fortunately, there isn't too much damage on the course since the crew has holes #1-6 cleaned up. We need more of that 60 plus degree weather to kick the turf into active growth! April 5th is 3 weeks away!
The staff is not working today because the conditions are simply not safe to be raking debris underneath trees. We will get back at it tomorrow.
