Great meeting on Friday with Dave Taylor out of Tallulah Falls, GA. He is consulting with our new garden program. Greg Crawford and I met with him to discuss what we will plant. Greg will consult with Chef to determine quantities and specifics. I am really looking forward to this new program.
Assistant Superintendent, Christian Drake interview Friday for a Superintendent Position at Maggie Valley Club. After receiving a call from a Headhunter, Koty was selected as a candidate. This is the goal in this profession...to advance to a superintendent role. Thus far, in my time as superintendent, we have had 3 assistants advance to Superintendents. That says a lot about the program at HCC.
