Here are a handful of photos of the employee housing project. Apart from painting and finishing the decking in the breezeway, the exterior appears to be about complete. I asked Joe Blake to write up a more detailed summary on the project since he has been more actively involved in the process. I hope to have that posted for you in the next few days.
Above, you can see the color of the building will changing soon. Also note all the stone work around the structure has been completed and adds a nice detail. From Dillard Road, the building does stand out but I suspect that will change once it's painted a darker color and we are able to landscape and buffer the road. The canary yellow primer color of the siding definitely catches your attention.
Inside, workers are everywhere working on the interior. There is a good bit of work to do, as you can see. However, a majority of the plumbing, HVAC and electricity is installed. These are the details that take the longest in any construction project. The project is still on schedule for a May completion date.
