Clubhouse Grounds

Above, while it is a small detail many won't notice, the event tent at the Clubhouse looks much better without the twenty-plus 55 gallon drums spaced around it, used to hold the tent to the ground.  Last winter, we poured cement footers with anchor bolts, so the 55 gal barrels are no longer needed.

The campus grounds look fantastic thanks to the hard work and care by our Landscape Tech, John Branson.  He's focused on the health of the boxwoods as well as the courtyard and croquet landscapes.  You can see below, he redid the clubhouse entry hanging baskets with a 4th of July theme.  Further below, you can see the improved landscape at the croquet lawns.

Finally, the Yancey Stribling Chestnut Tree behind the 9th green is in all its glory, in flower!
