On the 17th hole, I took a few photos from ground level, hoping to give you more of feeling for the grade change.
Above, we are pruning the declining rhododendron at the front entrance of the club. This area has been declining over the past several years and unfortunately is requiring some drastic pruning measures to rejuvenate the shrubs.
Below, we recently finished some aggressive pruning on the 9th hole, where you can now see the left hand bunker from the tee. In the past, rhododendron about 100 yards off the tee hid the left side of the fairway. Opening this up will allow golfers to better track shots that are hit left of center.
