Today marks the start of our contractor, Green-Tee Golf, being on site to start the projects we have scheduled this year. Above, their team is busy removing the sod from the 2nd tee boxes so we can begin the project of enlarging those tee boxes. The project list for this offseason includes:
1. Install a 12" culvert across the 1st fairway to catch drainage from the Fairway Villas.
2. Enlarge the 1 and 2 tee boxes on the 2nd hole.
3. Laser level and regrass #9 tee.
4. Reshaping the left side rough on the #13th green to catch more golf balls.
5. Relocate the cartpath at #15 green and #16 tee.
6. sand cap the approach on the 15th hole.
7. Improved forward tees on holes 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and, 14.
8. Expansion of the 17th green to gain the front right hole location.
