As you know, the Ladies Member-Guest Tournament always has a fun theme. This past July, our homemade ‘Welcome to Las Vegas’ sign was used as a great photo op on the 1st tee. Each year, we will save some of the decor we come up with but other things that are difficult to store, like this sign, are hauled to the Macon County Landfill after the tournament in July, for disposal.
Fast forward to last week, when one of our staff members took a load of miscellaneous trash to the landfill only to find that our sign, shown below, has been repurposed at the dump! 😂🙂 It is my hope that it welcomes those taking trash to the landfill for many years to come!
