Below is the most recent Dillard Road sidewalk plan. The primary challenge right now is working with the Shelby Place homeowners association and how we traverse the stream (Blue dotted line) on the opposite side of Dusty's. The sidewalk will be on the #10 side of Dillard Road and will come from Main Street to the upper Cobb Road entrance.
