Cart Path Repair on #10

This morning we poured 10 cubic yards of concrete to repair the cart path damaged following last weeks irrigation blowout.  Why are we using concrete, you might ask?  Well, we are using concrete because we have the know-how and talent in-house to give the surface a proper finish.  Second, asphalt pavers in the area are booked for months in advance. In addition to that, this isn't a desirable job for an asphalt contractor because there is no easy way to get asphalt to the machine and it's a relatively small job.

Once the concrete has a few days to cure, we'll more than likely hit it with a dark color acid stain and then cover it with an asphalt sealer product that will make it blend into the asphalt on either side.  In another day or two, you'll be back driving on it like nothing happened.
