Before the landscaping can be installed, we are sorting our the drainage around the building. The area between the tennis courts and the Hudson House is a particularly challenging issue due to the narrow work area and little slope we have to work with. Here we are challenged with preventing surface runoff onto the tennis courts as well as keeping away from the building.
