USGA: Identifying Problem Greens

Interesting video from the USGA Green Section. This agronomist says a putting green should have “at least 14 different hole locations.”  I don’t recall any course that I’ve worked on (7 total) having that many hole locations. The thought is that each location would have 2 weeks to recover before being used again.  At Highlands CC, our greens have anywhere from 5 to 9 hole locations per green. For the most part, this works just fine.
