We spent the day with our golf course architect, Ron Forse. Last year the Green Committee and Golf Architecture Committee agreed to use Ron Forse as our consulting architect. Today’s visit dealt with a number of items such as the possibility of a new forward set of tees, some tree management issues and a few creek enhancements. This is time well spent conversing with someone who is as well traveled and knowledgeable as Ron. In the coming week, I’ll be working on a report/ summary that will include a cost estimate of the projects/ improvements we discussed.
