This week, we expanded the stone walkway in our events lawn. With more and more traffic in the area, I thought is was important to have a more defined, wider walkway. The brown areas of soil will be grassed in about 4 more days.
We were able to get 6 pallets of sod this morning and grass a majority of the area below the Hudson House. Our primary objective is to prevent soil erosion during these periods of heavy rainfall. Once the walkway that connects the stone veranda to the cart path is complete, our grades will be set and we will be able to start working on a final grade and planting.
