If you've been in Highlands recently, you probably noticed work being done on the old "Cable Building" that was once used by Northland Cable. This is the eyesore that sits just below Larry Rogers Construction but before the Ferguson Property that starts the Highlands CC corridor on Dillard Road. Due to zoning issues, this building sat vacant for many years. Recently, a couple purchased the building and will be opening an art studio on the first floor and their residence on the 2nd floor. Here are the architect's elevations that were submitted to the town. In a few months, this building will certainly look much nicer and completely different than it does right now.
