The Rounds4Research program is critically important in the Carolinas for raising money for turfgrass research that goes directly to NC State University or Clemson University. The program is nationwide but the brainchild of the Carolinas GCSA. Click the link above this paragraph to access the website and see which rounds are available to bid on, nationwide! In the Carolinas, I chaired this program for 2 years and raised a total of approximately $60,000 that went to these schools. As state funding to public universities becomes less and less, outside sources of funding are required to keep making golf a better game!
