We spent the past 4 days in New York City and and no trip there is complete without a walk down the Canyon of Heroes in the financial district, where New Yorkers celebrated the major accomplishments and visits of athletes, politicians and others for over 100 years. In July of 1930, Bob Jones was recognized for his golf accomplishments by way of ticker tape parade on Broadway. His name is permanently displayed on Broadway's sidewalk.
