Tree work has commenced...while most of the work is minor with some dead trees on the list, we are focusing on more details like sucker growth on the Oaks between #8/#9 and #7/#8. Oak trees are quick to grow suckers around old cuts on the tree and where limbs were removed in the past. All tree work is approved by the Golf Architectural Committee.
The sand root-zone is installed on #10 Ross Tee.
Wednesday, we'll be wrapping up the topdressing on tees and approaches. We are going back over all of the surfaces a 2nd time after the rain washed the first application into the canopy...nicely I might add!
Arborcom is working on #15 green today.
