This morning, the November Team Player of the Month Award was given to Cristobal Chavez, a 16 year Highlands Country Club employee! Cristobal continually goes above and beyond and sets a great example for his co workers. After 16 years at the Club, Chris fully understands the expectations and works hard to be sure the others do as well.
In order to be named Team Player of the Month, one must exceed the standard set for them and go out of their way to make HCC a better golf course by paying attention to the details around the campus.
