The DryJect folks are back at Highlands CC and we are going the greens 2 directions. This is a great tool to add to our aerification program. Unfortunately, it does not replace traditional core aerification but is an excellent process to incorporate more sand into the root zone and firm the greens. We DryJect 3x a year at HCC in addition to core aeration and Graden verticutting. With USGA greens that are over 20 years old, it is important that we remain very aggressive on our maintenance programs so they continue to drain and perc like new greens. We got a nice break in the weather. Tomorrow, heavy rains and wind are expected. We will work into the dark to finish this today.
