Here is the scene this morning at our bee hives. A bear successfully got into them and literally destroyed the boxes and frames, unfortunately. This was a great program for the last 4 years. With the bear presence continuing to increase, it makes sense only to call it quits for the time being. The bees are also missing. It is my hope they found a home in a rotten log or some other structure.
