With the Hudson House rebuild in full swing, the grading contractor is busy digging the foundation for the building. To eliminate the need to haul this soil off site, it is being dumped at the rear of the practice facility. As you know, we created a "berm" at the back to hide our dump area. This soil is being used to build the berm even higher. Once all the soil is finished being hauled to this site, we will rake the berm and seed this area with a fine fescue mixture. In the end, it will really enhance the area. The contractor estimates another 100 dump truck loads of soil will be hauled to the site!
